Where do you ship your beer?
Due to state regulations, we currently ship to a limited number of states. Please check our shipping map at checkout to see if your zip code is eligible for delivery.
How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?
We store all our beer in cold storage until the moment it is packed. We use reinforced, light-blocking packaging to protect the liquid from UV rays and physical damage during the shipping process.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. The carrier will not leave the package on a porch or at a doorstep without a physical ID check.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on beer. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I change my shipping address after an order is placed?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure freshness, we can only update addresses if the package has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice an error.
